Fair use

"Unlimited" support means unlimited reasonable use within the scope of a single registered device (two for HOME+). We may convert repeated misuse into chargeable sessions — for example, repeated sessions for the same hardware-caused issue (which is out of scope), or repeated scheduling abuse.

Refunds

A plan activates after payment and device registration in our system. Once activated and support access is granted, refunds do not apply. Not using the service does not qualify for a refund. Wrong plan? It can be upgraded by paying the difference. Plans cannot be downgraded.

Add-on onsite visits

₹199 per visit, capped at 2 per customer per month. Booked via WhatsApp and subject to slot availability. Non-refundable and non-transferable. Valid only for the month booked. Not available on the LITE plan.

Onsite radius & hours

Onsite visits within a 7 km radius of Hosur only. All support (remote, call, onsite) during working hours: Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM. Sundays, national holidays, and regional festivals: closed.

Privacy & data

We never take custody of your data. We do not record sessions, copy files, or store photos/videos. Any data accessed during troubleshooting is used only for resolving the issue. Back up your data before any support session — the customer is responsible for their own backups.

Invoicing

Invoices are delivered in .pdf format via WhatsApp. GST is not levied in accordance with unregistered supplier status.
