You choose and finalize your system specifications — based on our suggestions / options or your own picks. Component / part procurement is flexible: you buy from a retailer of ypur choice, or we buy on your behalf. We don't take commission either way, and the manufacturer warranty on each component stays with you regardless of who purchased.
Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, paid IDEs, DAWs, plugins — and any other licensed software — is bought separately by you. We install what you bring. Freeware (browsers, media players, archivers, dev tools, and similar) installed on request at no extra cost.
Before any purchase, we confirm the spec list works as a whole — CPU/motherboard sockets, RAM compatibility, PSU sizing, case clearance, cooling fit. No blaming, no finger-pointing and no surprises on assembly day.
Basic 3 working days, Standard 4 working days, Advanced 5 working days, Professional 7 working days — counted from receipt of all components. Defective or DOA (dead-on-arrival) parts will extend the timeline accordingly while replacements are sorted.
One year from the day we hand over the working build. Plan tier matches the build tier — Basic gets Lite, Standard gets Solo, Advanced gets Assist, Professional gets Home+.

Build happens at our location. Pickup and dropoff by 1klyQ is arranged within our 7 km radius. Outside that area, we can quote a build with shipping logistics or feel free to pickup by yourself — ask for details.
